Boats & Motors

Outpost Camps:
At our outpost camps we run 9.9HP Mercury 2-strokes and/or 9.8HP Tohatsu 4-strokes. We also have 14-foot Lund/Naden/Alumacraft boats. What type of boat and motor depends on the outpost.

You must bring your own safety kit for the outpost camps. You must bring your own approved lifejacket (PDF). Floating seat cushions do not qualify.

Kag Lodge:
We run 15HP 4-strokes Nissans and Tohatsus motors with 14 and 16-foot Lund/Naden Boats.

Boat seats are not supplied at out outpost camps, however they are provided up at the Lodge on Kagianagami Lake.

Boats at Kag Lodge are supplied with a regulation boat safety kit, which includes a waterproof flashlight, rope with floatation device and a whistle.
